20 FAMILIES ATTENDED A YOUNGER HEROES CAMP

ToyBoxAustralia is thrilled to have funded $73,040 in 2023 to The Younger Hereos.

The program strengthens family bonds for those, like military families, who have faced long separations due to work. It provides a warm, supportive space where families can reconnect, build resilience, and create lasting memories.

This grant has made a significant impact by funding a full program for families in WA. This program includes essential ongoing support, and Younger Heroes were thrilled to establishing a similar program in NSW for an additional 8 families. The Younger Heroes program, helping them rebuild connections and strengthen their relationships after demanding jobs have kept them apart.

As one WA Navy Veteran shared, “An experience my son and I will never forget—uninterrupted fun, meaningful conversations, forever bonds, and a reset in our parenting approach.”
